i hope for the best of you and you'll get through this

I can't access the Skull girls Google Drive download. Got any idea how to do it?

hey, keep your chin held high! it could've been worse!

too bad flash is dead

Damn, why are you in jail, if you don't mind me asking

@PGGOW nobody knows for certain, and i don't think we'll ever know unless he gets out of jail and tells us

i miss you dearly

Hope you get out soon

@DustB i personally wouldn't want to pry, seems rude

alright, hopefully will get an update soon

Hang in there, bro.

maybe some good news will come this month?

oof

@xxxwangfirexxx Thankfully that cannot be Ero. If you cross-reference dates on his posts and other info he's stated, the timing does not line up, even if there are a number of freak coincidences, like the birth date, sentence length, and the offense would confirm some people's speculation.

This Y41368 person was taken into custody on November 29, 2018. Ero made a post here on Nov 30 2018 that would make NO sense if he had been taken into custody the day before, in all likelihood would not be able to access much of anything on the internet, let alone post stuff he was working on, had he been detained at that time.

It also states he is on parole, with a date of March 10th 2022, whereas Ero stated that he would only get a parole hearing in May 2022, and we have not heard back at this time if he has actually gotten parole.

And based on the admission date to Vandalla as well, this does not match with how long Ero has stated he was in Cook County jail, which is 1 year and 2 months, while the custody and admission dates in this record amount to almost 2 years in custody just shy by 4 days.

Let's just hope he gets parole soon and can update us when he's ready, but at this point I think making all this conjecture isn't going to help at all, we just gotta wait.

@dontpanic4 If you eliminate the impossible, then anything that's left, no matter how improbable, is the truth. Y41368 is the only Vandalia inmate even remotely close. Dates being a few days off aren't unheard of. And if his crime was non-sexual it absolutely would have been mentioned along with non-violent.

@leowolfe it’s certainly fair to think that there was a clerical error with the arrest date being a day off but there’s also the fact that the record states that Y41368 was paroled in March when Ero stated his parole hearing was going to be in May. One clerical error alright, but two? And the second one can’t be written off as a simple typo it’s off by over 2 months.

There’s still a little too much room for conjecture here for my tastes. We may have eliminated the impossible, but there’s only one truth, and there’s more than just one improbability here. It’s improbable that Y41368 *isn’t* Ero, but it’s also improbable for there to be two separate clerical errors in this instance along with one being so dramatically more off than the other.

And in regards to talking about the nature of his crime, unlike what happens in shows, movies, and high profile cases, people generally follow advice of council and don’t discuss the nature of their case in public forums during the legal process and afterwards during. Talking about it in a public space could potentially damage his chances during his trial and afterwards at parole hearings.

I really hope he can get out soon.

Alright so I’ve done a bit of digging.

I used the name given by the prisoner lookup and searched the Illinois Sex Offender registry. The prisoner in question is in fact free and currently resides in Chicago.

What is relevant to us here is that the record states that there was a victim and that victim was 15 at the time of the offense. I think it’s fair to say that lolicon has been the presumed crime that Ero was prosecuted for. Hopefully, the inclusion of the reference to a physical victim disproves that.

UNLESS the situation is completely asinine. When Ero was arrested he was working on an animation based on Oreimo featuring Kirino Kousaka. Canonically, Kirino is at most *15* years old. Of course, Ero specified in his announcement for it that she would be aged up to 18, but it’s not hard for me to see the DA considering that as splitting hairs.

So we have three options on the table now;

First, this guy isn’t Ero.

Second, this guy is Ero and he’s simply been radio silent since his parole, but this all stems from an unrelated crime.

Or third, the second option but in this case the Cook County DA lost their fucking mind and gave a man 4 years for drawings.
