@MisterTIBBS I really discourage digging up dirty laundry but if you're really desperate you could login to PACER and lookup their court case files to confirm your suspicions.
@MisterTIBBS You can't get arrested for drawing something... unless it's close to real life.
@GoofyOwl it’s a bit of a legal grey area. Many courts have struck down convictions based on sexual drawings of minors but there have been instances of people being given prison terms for it. Generally people are safe but it does happen.

@GoofyOwl statistically and reasonably yes. You’d be safe drawing any character of any canonical age most of the time. Most courts won’t convict someone for drawn nsfw of minors and in instances they do they’re usually overturned. Law enforcement also generally doesn’t bother going after it because they have far more important things to do.

According to a supposed "close friend" in a thread in f95zone, he did get the CSAM charge for his drawings. Apparently he was busted for weed possession, and the discovery of his work led them to stack more charges on top.

@TheDude234572024557 according to my research if it was a 3rd degree misdomeanr he wouldhave only gooten an extra year but if it became a felony combined with all the other stuff that means its at minimum of 5 years in prison which he won't be out for a long time which means sense the plea deal probobally did not go through we would have seen something from him by know if the plea deal went through but witht he new weed things he might not be around till febuary 2025 to i would say march 2027 at the earliest
